It works, but your group is still condemned.

Heya Max. Long time no see in game. LoL! I know it's quite hard but the best
thing is to just ignore the little annoyances. Yes they get on your nerves
but don't let them bite because they'll only keep coming back for more. If
they're not achieving their goals by annoying you and getting you to respond
they'll eventually wander off and annoy someone else. ;) Take it easy bud.

Hey Jake,

I have been so busy with work, I have hardly had a second to blink. I
also took a 6 week break to join Mickey in Detroit, New York and
Nashville. He invited me to join him and see what real recording
sessions are like, we was laying down some tracks. It's amazing and
fortunate that his condition hasn't affected those magic hands of his,
the man can flat out rip on a keyboard. What little time I do have
left right now is being spent prepraring my son for his Florida Bar
exam.

That sounds like a very busy schedule indeed. I haven't actually been on
bnet for sometime of late. Been playing D2 (when i find time to) in a mod
version. It can be played on Bnet but not Closed. :(
Although it's quite interesting. 120 levels for you chars, none of normal
skills but variety of different ones. Uber skills. Uber Quests. Secret
Levels (not just cow). Cow level is fun. Cow Ninja's and all. LoL! Well i
best be going anyways. Time for some shut eye. Take it easy bud and good
luck on the Bar Exam and congratz on the loss of 2pounds of exhausted
russians. ;-)

Florida bar...wow, the gods are smiling on me. I don't suppose you'd be
able to answer a couple of quick questions?

Are fireworks displays considered "ultrahazardous", to the extent that
they would fall into a strict liability situation?

Does Florida have a "nondelegable duty" rule, and if so, would fireworks
displays fall into that category?

It's for an article I'm writing.

No, they are not, as long as they are legal fireworks. Florida has
strick laws against what is and what is not legal, and as long as they
fall into the former category, no liability attaches.

It does, but as how it pertains to fireworks would be more of a matter
of interpretation for the count in question.

Good luck with that :)
