Dear Sir/Madam,

I write this email regarding your game, Diablo2: Lord of Destruction. First
let me congratulate Vivendi for the succes of this game, and to thank you
for your continued hosting of the battlenet online gameing system.

My email, unfortunantly, is to criticize you, hopefully to motivate you to
clean up the problems that are *still* plagueing Bnet. I find it absolutely
appalling that such a fine game is being flooded with spam bots. And this
season has seen the start of public games being made with
www.itemsellersaddresshere.com and, most appalling of all, the games stay up
for 12 hours at a time, with the *same* bots in evidence day after day after
day after day after day after day after day after day
you get the idea, i'm sure.

Please Sirs/Madams, fix this problem. It is *NOT* unsurmountable, nor is it
really all that hard. I know it, you know it, all that remains is the
willpower *to* do it.
