I unforget a web site that was a guide to rerolling charms, but I
disremember where it is/was.

There was a chart of where the best places to find a charm to reroll are.
I mean if you find a charm in the stony plain in normal, there's no point
in rerolling, but if you find the charm in the pit in Hell it's a good one
to reroll--that sort of information. Alas, I cannot find the URL and my
googling has not turned it up.

Anybody know the place I mean?

It depends on what you are trying to re-roll _for_.
If you are looking for 'skiller' charms, I believe the consensus is to get
them from normal act 5 (I may be wrong, sure wouldn't be the first time).

NM council in Trav was who I heard was a good one for getting Grand
charms from for rerolling for skillers. But the thing is, while
you're more likely to get a skiller from rerolling their GC's, you're
not so likely to get a great 2nd mod.

Of possible interest, it's possibly for Fangskin (Act2 Viper Temple
level 2) in NM to drop a skiller. Sure surprised me when I ID'ed it
and got a trap skiller.
