I knew I was not the only insane kid that fell in love with the
original King Kong movie.

Peter Jackson, I have not seen your new flick yet but I can guarantee
that I will enjoy the piss out of it.

Hey just want to mention that at the book store today I saw a book
called "The World of Kong". It was an illustrated (drawn) book about
Skull Island.

If I recall, there was a Diablosaurus.

I hope King Kong kicked his a.s.

I have, and it is a great film. Those who would complain about its length
suffer from Cinematic Attention Deficit Disorder. It's a great
entertainment.

Tie them to a chair and make them watch all the bonus stuff on the Lord of
the bling bling set. Make sure it's the extended version. They will get over
it or never complain about the length of a movie ever again! Either way win
win 8D

I told my wife that she could bet her boobies that this movie would be as
slick a production as has ever been given to the story. That being said, the
story itself has never done anything for me, and I have ever only been able
to watch the original once.

I thought it was quite a good movie.  And even more than that, it was
enjoyable.  I think they got Jackie Chan (or whoever does his
scenes)to choreograph the fight between Kong and the Dino's.
Still, it's King Kong, so you know how it's going to end.  I almost
didn't go see it because I didn't want to see him die, but it got a
great review from a web cartoonist I really like, so went.  I could
almost wish for a Disney version where they all live happily ever
after.

Oh, and if anyone wants to complain about me spoiling the ending, get
freakin real!  The story is *how* many years old now?!?!!

Yes, it is quite preposterous to have a happy ending in a "beauty and the
beast" event.
