I'm still on it for SETI.

the Classic SETI site has been down for several weeks now and they have
not been supplying units for several months I believe, they now use the
BOINC software.

http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/team_display.php?teamid=30324

this is a link to the team as it currently stands. They are supposed to
be intergrating classic units into the total at some point.

I still run SETI on the AGD team.
Looks like you will pass me up on total units very soon!

I gave up when the geniuses at Berkeley f.cked up the code so badly that I
couldn't modify it to run on my server.

Meh. Did 10K of units in Seti Classic, but the last few years have been too
hot down here in Australia to be running 100% cpu load 24 hours a day.

Even now we are running at 38 degrees celsius ~ not good for computer
equipment under load with only passive cooling.

I did over 50,000 units, the bulk of them in 2 months, but I have zero
desire to ever get involved with those people again. They were oh so polite
when they needed people, and the second they did not, we all became trash.

Translation: they kicked Mickey off and cancelled his 50,000 units when
they discovered he was using a hacked client to inflate his stats.

Cheers!

My, so many mistakes in just one sentence. They never kicked me off, my
stats are still part of the groups totals and always have been, and I killed
the account when they hosed the OS/2 RISC code.

Other than that, you're 100% correct.

Note that this idiot made this accusatory post, provided ZERO in the way of
evidence, although he has had 3 days to reply, and then will, when it is
convenient, question MY honesty. Typical behavior of the gutless, spineless
weasel that he is. Back into the killfile goes this troll.
