Nice to see you again. Sorry I have been too much of a whimp with
hardcore of late.

Great to hear about your fantastic experience and I think that you are
perfect for that calling. I told my wife about your endeavors. She
wishes you the best. She had a few rough weeks and the past week was
better. She did kill NM Baal in SC a few weeks back but that is all. D2
is too nerve rattling for her so she has been still playing the other
online game with Tyler on her knee..

Perhaps I should get the gumption to do some hardcore with ya before
you head out again. The thing is and when my current ladder HC chars
get toasted that is it. And there are only two and a third that is just
a chanter. I been ditching the chanter since you developed the
agdchanter.

I still have the NL HC chars and been thinking of some kamikazee runs
but I gather you dumped the NL chars.

I just been helping Kasmir out a lot in SC. He is really learning about
Hell and what happens there. As you said this is probably a much better
place for him. Some of the pubbies are mighty impressed with his
"ability" there.

Originally I was only going to finish the last ladder HC chars then
call it quits from playing except for a few jaunts here and there, but
then they went and made uber-tristram. I need to sit with my kids some
time and study sign language for the deaf. I'll always save my
characters in hopes of Nik playing with me Bnet sometime.

I know you would like to get your smiter to UT and I don't know what
your limited schedule will be. Personally I think you need an army of
people in HC just putting together the required crew of key runners,
lesser killers and UT killers and the gear has to be so specific or
else there will be nothing but an army of dead there sooner or later. I
was key running so much in SC that I got sick of it and soon I am going
after Nilly keys but I plan on bringing Kasmir along so that I do not
die of monotony.

I'll see you some more I am sure. Please email me again as my work
email has been deleted by the server and I never got a chance to store
your most recent email address.

Cheers

Orion

I second the welcome back.

As you may have heard, we had hurricane Wilma plow through here a week ago,
which put a bit of a kink in my b'net play.  We got power and phones back on
sometime during the night Friday, after being without either since Monday at
around 4:30 AM.  We had water turned back on Thursday, so now it's just
cleanup.  I got lucky, had no structural damage, only cosmetic damage to the
vehicles (the motorcycles were inside, safe without a scratch).

In your absence, I've been grinding my way through classic Diablo II,
(hardcore of course) building a fleet of forge mule runners.  The idea being
to run a fleet of mules through classic, then convert them to LOD, and do
the forge quests.  If it works, I hope to have some decent runes to share
soon.

If you're looking for me, besides the usual suspects, check *Spok, which is
my classic sorceress, US-West HCL.

Hope to see you on b'net soon.
