Hi there,

After reading http://www.blizzard.com/diablo2exp/items/magic.shtml, three
things I am not sure I understand right.

1) if I get items with crushing blow and the sum of percents is 100%, does
it mean I'll trigger a crushing blow with every hit/arrow/javelin ?

2) say I am solo in Hell against an Uber whatever that has 95% physical
resistance with a melee weapon. I hit and trigger a crushing blow. To
calculate the damage is it correct to get his life points (original ? left
at the time of hitting ?), divid this number by 8 (would be 16 with
missile weapon), multiply by 0.05 to find the result ?

3) absorb.
Lets consider fire for example. If the sum of my fire resist and my fire
absorbtion items is above 100, can I conclude I'll always be healed
(or immediatly killed if the damage before absorb heal is above my life
points) by pure fire damage ?

TIA

More complicated than that, the break point is not necessarily at 100.

Just for information : the same day I asked here, explanation were added
 on Blizz site :
http://www.battle.net/diablo2exp/basics/resistances.shtml

(Still xpost agd and fu2 agd2)
