Stone song?

I just grabbed a red wirts leg from the halls of pain in hell, and it was
called "Stone Song Wirt's Leg" and has a bunch of (crummy) modifiers, the
best being +1 elemental skills for druids. Does anyone know what this is,
what it's good for, etc? Does wirts leg now spawn as a rare sometimes?

Whoever dropped it there probably imbued it. People do that occasionally as
a joke, Tresa one had an imbued, socketed, personalized Wirt's leg.

Still got it, too. "Schiann's Bramble Mangler Wirt's Leg" ;-)

for some reason a recent leg i picked up in .09 is red as are many of my
soulstones. i believe the red objects are from a difficulty other than the
one you are in.
