I found an ethereal dimensional blade a few days ago. 420 enhanced damage +19 max damage dual leach I upgraded it to a phase blade. Congrats! You can probably sell it for a lot of nice stuff, if you're so inclined... I'd just keep it, and try to build a character around it. It look like a very nice Zealot or Vengeance weapon.... You can still socket it, but what to put in that socket... This thing might even be worth to put an Ohm in, maybe, for the extra 50%ED? Or a very good 40ed/??? jewel... Anyway, have fun with it! Perhaps not a good Vengeance weapon, Vengeance elemental damage is based heavily on the weapon's base damage, and even ethereal, a phase blade has fairly low base damage. Or a > very good 40ed/??? jewel... Depending on other gear setup, a Ber or Lo could do more good than an Ohm or ED jewel would. Yes, upgrading ethereal weapons gives no problems. When upgrading ethereal armours (body armor, helmets, shields, belts, boots, gloves), the upgraded item keeps the ethereal look, but loses the 50% Enhanced Defense bonus. >By the way, my only >400%ed rare found is a javelin or something (throwing >stuff), with knockback as a property. Unfortunately I've never really played an Amazon of any kind, but do some of her elemental skills use the base damage done by her javelin? If that's the case, this must be very nice? The base damage of the javelin itself is irrelevant to those, but it WILL do it's physical damage to(and thus leech from) the monsters that are directly hit by the javelin itself. But as far as the damage from Lighting Fury or Poison Javelin, the elemental damage will be the same using a plain normal javelin from act 1 as it is from a rare javelin with 450% ED. Javazons want +skills to boost LFury and PJavelin, and high ED so they can leech. > But perhaps a thrower of another class would be very happy with this > also... I really should put some time in my lvl 1 Amazon character, originally planned to be some sort of Javelin throwing chick, because I found a pair of Thunderstrokes, traded a pair of Titans, and got some more other stuff.
