After having a ponder, if the all assassin team plays on WSCL and gets to part
twink, this might be a good hat for my shadow zealot, assuming I have enough
+all skills elsewhere.

It's not too bad (it can't have been a gamble though, unless you're not using
vanilla LOD).

One thing that might have been fun is if Blizzard had made all the mods
available on circlets, available to all hat class items instead.
