While I was on the phone last night screaming at Earthlink (2nd dsl
modem keeps getting de-sync)... I decided to hit that Other button...
heh. Been here a time or 2 when I had lost my internet and was playing
a LAN game... but never clicked on that other button... an account name
you say? Hmmm... my SC chars? OK, joined some random game... Now,
some of my SC chars are mimicks of their b.net cousins... a little
twinking, but nothing major.

What was that??? A barb ran into town so fast that I hardly saw him
run past the fire and up for repairs... looks like town is the best
place for me to sit.

I guess when you can create anything you want and stick it on a lvl99
char... and twink everything to +7 skills... kinda makes me want to
make one just for the hell of it.

So, after about 5 minutes and another boot from Earthlink (still
holding)... backed out of d2... opened up the char editor. Hmmm.

RegMavina (zon)
Lvl99... check
Max Attribs... check
All skills... check

gear... hmmm. full mav set... windy on switch. I really love this
build on b.net. OK, close the editor without saving. I just can't
distroy this mavinazon.

create new char...
I'll give ya the stats when i'm done with all of the gear. Just to
keep the flaming down to a minimum... this is just for fun, just for
open b.net... just this once. I'm sure there are some folks out there
that have built such a needless character. Building another zon...

Damn earthlink.

Methinks you don't mean SC, but rather open bnet, eh?

I tried to post this before in reply to Oliver Wenzel's post regarding
Enchantress with Dream, but Google must have eaten it up (again). But
here is a fun way to build a sorcie with VERY high damage, all
legitimate. Yup, it will be Melee Enchantress and will involve Dream
runewords. The gears will be very expensive to obtain in regular
B.net, but I think you can get them easily on open B.net.

Enchanting gears:
Hat: +3 Fire skill circlet with 2x 5/5 Fire Facet
Weapon: +3 Fire / +3 Enchant / +3 Fire Mastery blue orb with 2 Facet
Weapon switch: CtA
Armor: Enchant Ormus 15% Fire with Facet
Shield: Spirit monarch
Gloves: Magefist
Belt: Arachnid Mesh
Boots: Whatever
Ammy: +3 Fire skill
Ring: 2 SoJ or BK
10 Fire GC
1 Anni

Lvl 53 Enchant.

Now change gears to these:
Hat: Dream
Weapon: +3 Eschuta 20% Lightning with Lightning Facet
Armor: CoH
Shield: Dream
Ammy: Mara's
10 Light GC
Keep the rest

You'll be whacking with an orb, but check out your damage with that
puny orb now. It will be in the vicinity of 100K. The fun thing is:
this is all legitimate damage. Infinity merc and/or party with
green-footed pally and/or necro for 'extra strength' formula.
