Not two things most people associate, but if I have a Dream helm and Dream
shield (only 1 Jah right now, but hey), will the lvl 30 synergise my Fist or
only a lvl 15? This would then allow me to put more points in Conviction to
help the Fist, and combined with the scepter's Sanctuary aura and +3 Holy
Shock, I become quite nasty. If it works.

Not sure on this but if they do stack what about an Enchantress with
maxed
Lightning mastery. She would pack quite a punch!!!!

Neither will synergize your Fist actually. Granted auras don't GIVE
synergies, they can only receive them. Charged items give synergies, granted
auras do not. So if you have points in Resist Lightning the Holy Shock will
benefit from it, but the HS from Dream won't do a thing to boost your First.
