I am having great fun with an undead specialist pally's.  Max HolyBolt
+ all synergies & Sanc as aura.  I was disappointed that SANC did not
modify HolyBolt Damage.

I now have a physical damage undead pally with max SANC/Cleansing
(+802%) + undead crown (+50%) and heavenly garb (+50%) damage to
undead.  I should be doing 902% increased damage to undead...right?
The helm and armor seem to have no effect.  Even with sanc turned off.

how should these items work together?

Note this char is extremely fast to level since there are great levels
(i.e. hell tunnels) and a2 tombs that are 90% undead monsters.  Level
75 in a couple hours of play.

Thanks in advance for your valuable insight.

I think that the modification on helm and armor works only while hit the
monster with your weapon (melee or bow) and not while using a spell!

YES,
The SANC aura does not affect holybolt.  Thats why the Pally now uses
a warshrike winged knife.  Does the +damage to undead helm armor and
SANC aura only work for physical attacks and not thrown weapons?
Again Max SANC 802% + undead crown +50% and heavenly garb +50% would
yield an expected +902% damage to undead.  Why is this not
happening???

Ahh, sorry, i mixed that up with fist of heaven...

Now, after re-reading your original post, I figured out what you meant.

I think that the extra % damage from items does NOT show up in the character
screen, its kind of a hidden bonus.
