I'm playing single player mode. I have a level 85 Necromancer that I haven't played for years, so I don't know if I've done the Cow Level yet. When I try the transmute with a Wirt's Leg and a Tome of Town Portal, I get "I can't use this yet" in Easy Mode, and no effect at all in Nightmare and Hell. I have a few character editors, but none of them seem to have an option to reset the Cow Level flag. Any hints on what I'm doing wrong? Does it matter that the Wirt's Leg has a blue magic effect? Sounds like you have done the king in NM and Hell, and you are carrying a leg from NM or Hell. You can't use a leg from one level in a different one, hence the message in Normal. > I'm playing single player mode. Does anyone know of a character editor that can reset the Cow King flag? I found a couple of links on the interwebs but one link was broken and the other displayed gibberish when it opened the d2s file.
