Hi

What is maximal level on javelins + to Javelin and Spear Skills?

I found on arreat summit:
>>>Amazon Bows can have +1, +2 or +3 to Bow and Crossbow Skills. Spears and Javelins can have +1, +2, or +3 to Javelin and Spear Skills. <<<

So... is it true or not?

So.. is WHAT true or not? Since they can have +1 +2 or +3, then +3 is
the max.

I think about 3+ cap...
I found an rare matrialchal javelin... and it have +4.
After sleeping with riddle in mind morning bring solutions - + 3 from
prefix and +1 from rare's bonuses... but displayed together as +4.
109 to AR and 5% mana stolen per hit.
req 151dex 107str  48lvl
So is not so good but i thought i found sm that breaks rules :-)
Well... maybe next time.

+6. +3 from the inherent mod, and +3 from the Lancer's prefix.

+6 to a skill branch on a single item seems to me like heap-big juju.
Like to find me something like that for a sorc.

I've got a +2 jav/spear skills javelin on one of my mules. Can't recall
what all else it has, but it's at least that. Anybody interested enough
in it to offer me something? Holler if you see Miz_Popper or Necro_Pop,
or any of the "Pop_Mule<something>" (<something> = "Gems", "Runes",
"Misc", and "GemsII" currently) mule-herd on USWSCL.

Yeah, they go for a lot if you can find one. If they have IAS as well, they
go for even more. Lancer's Mat Javelin of Quickness with +3 jav inherent
skill gives +6 jav/40 IAS. Name your price, you'll get it. Assassin claws
can also go for a bunch, if you get a 2 sin skills or 3 trap skill claws
with +3 light sentry inherent and IAS it's also worth a ton, and a 3 shadow
disciplines/3 venom/3 fade claw could also fetch most any price you wanted.

Actually, an acquaintance of mine is selling something just like that:

Powered Jared's Stone Of The Sentinel
 +3 Lightning
 +3 Light Skills
 +3 Light Mastery
 23 Life
2 sox 5/5 Light Die and 5/5 Light Lvl. Both White Color.

(The current leading bid on d2jsp is 150fg.)

So, they do exist for sorcs too, and are quite wanted...

Regards, Patrick.

They exist for pallies as well. A scepter with +2 pal/+3 conc/+3 blessed
hammer can fetch a high price as well...if it has 20 FCR too(Priest's X
Scepter of the Magus, I believe is the name) it's a very high ticket item.
The old 08 highly duped "Viper Bludgeon" is such a scepter, but legit ones
can still spawn as well.

I myself am currently hunting a plain 5 soc +3 holy shield scepter(CtA
switch for an auradin/smiter hybrid), but have had no luck thus far.
