I don't know that is is actually a moderated group or not, but that is it's name. I remember seeing it quite some time ago, and there was never any traffic coming through to my free news server. I think about the only message I saw in it was from someone I considered a troll at that point (I may have been wrong). But looking through google groups it appears to be at least 8 years old so was probably created by one of the early agd2 people. PS. I really doubt you get a agd2 moderated group to work. Now I go kill Diablo again (in normal mode) and I can no longer enter nightmare mode, it says all of my quests are complete, but my title of "Sir" is gone and it does NOT give me the option of nightmare mode. There actually is an alt.games.diablo2.moderated but it seems to be both inactive and without a moderator: it's only had a smattering of posts in the last two years and most of those were spam. Yup, my server still lists: alt.games.diablo alt.games.diablo2 alt.games.diablo.moderated alt.games.diablo.necromancer and alt.games.diablo.tboh (hatever the hell that means). (I got a DNews "Group download in progress, check back in a few hours" message. My ISPs NNTP server doesn't carry groups that aren't being used by anyone on that server but still lists them. When it gets a request it has to sync with other servers. Good way to reduce bandwidth that isn't being used anyway.) I'm only doing it out of curiousity, I'm sure as hell not moving from here (or AGD).
