Not sure if everyone here knows, maybe some of you do, but the Koreans
have been cranking up a lot of free MMORPG's in the past year or two.
Google gpotato, see if any of their games strike your fancy.  If you
don't like them, you can also follow the many advertised links to
other free MMORPG's by other companies from gpotato website.

The only one I ever tried was gpotato's Flyff - Fly For Fun.  It has a
cutesy anime look, so it's probably directed to younger audiences.
Rappelz looks interesting but my computer won't be able to load that
since my graphics card is ancient.  When they say free, it's really
free. There's a cash shop where you can spend real $, but you won't
lose any single aspect of the game if you don't.  Items from the real
$ shop are usually timered items that make it more convenient for you
to play the game.  Others include items that improve the look on your
toons but do not offer real benefit otherwise (these items are not
timered).

It's worth a shot for those who like (to try) MMORPG but don't want to
spend any moolahs.

I haven't touched the game since WoW/GW's release. When I have time to play
games these days (not as often as I'd like) it's WoW.

So... Why would you snip the "annoying crap" out of the subject line and
then top-post to say so, adding nothing to the conversation?

Seems *very* strange behaviour to me.

I play on Europe SC Ladder and that pretty much it. Yesterday I tried
playing some Guild Wars (the forst one) but I really have no clue what
I'm doing. Would be nice if we could maybe all start together if
anyone fancies it. GW that is. Might be more fun as soloing everything
is quite difficult and it's always good to have someone there who is
able to share some light on it all.

I still play. Not as often as before but I still play sometimes.
Diablo II is pretty much the only computer game that I still play.

Not everyday but.......

It's a tough one to walk away from for good. I've tried many times.
If WOW couldn't do it, nothing can I'm afraid.
EB - 11 May 2008 15:41 GMT
I'm still around. no on the computer much, but Diablo is the ONLY game I do
play.
