I have found a D2 Webshot that i'd like to download and use as a Wallpaper.
I cannot however open it because it's been saved in WBZ format. I've not
come across this format before. Does anyone know how i can open it? What
program opens it?

It's a propriaitary file format of Webshots.
You either need to install an application from Webshots to open it, or
you need to find a converter.

Can you open it in your web-browser ?
Then take a screenshot ?
