SweetSpearGirl has defeated NM Baal, and at level 65 she and Euyfura entered
Hell, with the Valk nonchalantly trailing behind.

First thing they encountered in the Blood Moor was three boss packs. Led by
the Blessed Aim-enhanced Quill Rat, Moon Bite the Dark (also cold enchanted,
mana burn and immune to cold); Bane Crow (zombie, stone skin, LE and
cursed - PI and CI) and Bile Shank the Mauler (extra fast, mana burn, stone
skin - also PI and CI) the boss packs took down our heroin thanks to her
truly sucktacular lightning resist of -9 and cold resist of 15...

SweetSpearGirl was more careful after that, and she didn't die again, though
Euyfura did on multiple occasions. They left Bane Crow but took out various
other bosses in the Blood Moor.
Corpsefire in the Den was fire-enchanted and had a *very* nasty Conviction
aura, so SweetSpearGirl let the Valk do most of the tanking, throwing up
Decoys and letting Euyfura pepper the bugger with arrows.

Then it was onward to the Cold Plains, where more Cursed LEs lay in wait,
but fortunately none of them were PI and SweetSpearGirl levelled to 66
during a battle with a double boss pack of Gargantuan Beasts and Dark
Spearwomen.

Eventually SweetSpearGirl decided to take on Bane Crow. Again, she and
Euyfura stood back while the Valk took the lightning, throwing up Decoys
until he died.

He dropped a Bonesnap, which made up for the Isenhart's hat NM Baal had
coughed up, and with that little stroke of luck, decided to take a break...

If morning papers could be written that way, i am sure that world
would be better...

Hey EB, last night, tight after you left, D was kind enough to leave a
Matriarchal Spear for you.  We were hoping you come back, but since
you did not, we went to the mule game and I ended up holding it in a
mule in my "THREE" account (in case I forget where I stashed it).  Let
me know when you can pick it up and make the proper arrangements.

Good to see SSG is back in hell.

Sweet. :D I'm sure I'll be on today, so give me a shout, I'll pop in the
usual muling game :)

Good to be there, except for the inevitable deaths due to negative resists
;)
SSG has started using Fend with her new Lycander's and so far it's working
out quite well. She hit 67 this morning :)

I suggest nm cow runs to find 'stuff' to help that (and maybe get a level
or three).

As I sit here planning my world takeover...
I read the newspaper and wonder if I really want it.
