When I try to load this mod, the game restarts. Once it does, I select single player. The option "play game" on the next menu isn't available. So, I'm not able to play the mod. We have just recently had a patch from 3.13 to 3.17 for beyond the sword. Also check if its a beyond the sword or a vanilla civ mod, and make sure its in the corresponding "mods" directory. >> When I try to load this mod, the game restarts. These came together in the same box, and both say they're the final builds. I've checked various sites, and can't find a patch with a version number higher than either of these. [quoted text clipped - 15 lines] > Thanks > Glenn I found out that it is a standard mod for vanilla civ 4, so I loaded it and got the same thing (play game is grayed out). I believe you are meant to use this mod by Single player->play scenario, after which it then loads the mod by restarting the game. Btw... Latest patch for vanilla civ4 is 1.74 Latest patch for warlords is 2.13 You can download them here... http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=cat&id=12 |
