How many of you actually change their tactics every match?

Till FM2006 and upwards... I just made a certain tactics, began as a Low
team and scouted my way to the top.

Somehow I lost the feeling since 2006 and I really suck at the game. In Fm
2008 it took me three years to promote with Fortuna Sittard (bankrupt,
mediocre squad), and in the Eredivisie I am like Cannon Fodder.

Supporters are howling outside the gates and the media start wondering when
I will quit my 4-3-3... Should I adept to every match, or stick to my plan?

well, if it's not working, i change it, but if it isnt broke, why fix
it?

the thing that amuses me about that message you get about the media
wondering when you'll change your formation that clearly isn't
working, is that if you do change your formation during a really bad
run, you can still get that message, and it'll moan about you sticking
to the brand new formation youve just started using :)

Yeah! The media interaction still is not what it should be (like the
teamtalk isn;t as fully tweaked as it should be).

The bad signing message during the confidence update is also hilarious -
some player just take a season to blend in
