I posted an earlier message about needing the bits to open up my GC and
TheLightsAreOn was able to point me in the right direction, Thanks! Now, new
problem! I opened up the box and the results were terminal. The board that
the controller ports are on is broken where the 4th port is located. I need
to get my hands on a new controller board. Does anyone out there have a
trashed system or just the board I'm needing. I don't want to invest a lot
of $'s in this but would be willing to pay a little for it plus shipping
fees. Please let me know.

Thanks,
Steve

Check eBay.  There's a bunch of broken Gamecubes for sale that you
could use for parts.

You can sell your GC to EB for $25.  Buy a new one.

How does this sound: buy an already broken one off eBay, take the
controller board out, install your broken one, then re-eBay it. Might me a
little work, and a bit of time, but the results will be what you are
looking for.
