I did tell them to remove the fee. They refused, even though I proved
they were wrong. Also, I am no longer being harrassed by them so
at this point, they can sue me for the $10. They sent over 20 letters
demanding this alleged debt. That's $7.40 spent on postage, and I'm sure
the paper, ink, man hours spent trying to collect the debt were probably
at least $2.60.
This was the BB in Cranford, NJ in case anyone wants to know.
