admittedly, EA's games may be the best sports games, but is it just the one
to choose from? i saw ASB for the ps2 is coming, but i don't see it anywhere
for GC....

There are loads of baseball games on GC to choose from. Where have you
looked? I could post a list of about ten.

I guess you mean MVP 2004(March 10) by Sega? Are we not getting All Star
Baseball 2005?
I would love another instalment of Home Run King!

MVP is EA. And it looks like ASB is just for the PS2, or maybe the xbox as
well.

Although let us be honest here. Are you really missing anything with
ASB not being on the 'Cube? Really, now?

Yeah, I've never played it but I hear it's not that great. If we only have
one choice, I'm glad it's EA.

Sega Sports dropped support for the Cube (no ESPN Baseball), Acclaim dropped
support for the Cube (no ASB 2005), Midway today announced they have dropped
support for the Cube (no slugfest), and Nintendo doesn't produce their own
sport games.
But EA decided to port MVP this season. So if you want to get a baseball
game you have no choice but to get MVP.
