Once per game cart. Obviously the disc doesn't limit total sent out, but if you used the disc on cart A, you cannot load Jirachi onto cart A again. However, you're free to load it onto cart B, C, D, and so on. But only once per cart. Obviously there are ways to get around this, so... It doesn't base its decision on whether you have Jirachi on your cart or not, it records that the bonus disc accessed the cart. So I doubt it. Here's a bypass I THINK will work: But if you have a GameShark or something that could back up saved games, you could back up your game, use the promo disc, trade Jirachi to another cart, and restore your un-bonused game. Then you can use the bonus disc again, and trade a zigzagoon or whatever for your Jirachi on the other cart. Tada! Two Jirachis! And you can do that as many times as you want, providing the bonus disc changes the saved game and not the actual chip, which I doubt it could, seeing as it's read-only. But whatever.
