#1: Outcrap Express doesn't handle multipart binaries gracefully, you
have to manually select every posts and use combine and decode.

#2: Outcrap Express doesn't handle yEnc at all.  A lot of the binaries
posting are yENc encoded.

Get a real newsreader like Agent and try again.  Even retarded monky
have no trouble downloading binary posts with real newsreader.

If you're using Outlook Express, for starters, you'll probably want a
program like yProxy (http://www.brawnylads.com/yproxy/) to decode files
encoded in yEnc. Second, you will probably notice that each rom tends to be
broken into several parts (1 0f 8, 2 of 8 etc.). All you have to do is
select all the parts, then click on the Message Menu, then Combine and
Decode (or you can right-click on one of the selected files and select
Combine and Decode too). Someone here recommended newsbinpro as an
alternative and that's what I use for binaries too. I don't care much for
news readers such as Agent.
