Hi,
I need a little help with understanding .sav files for my GBA. I
am using an AZF Advance cart to back up my original games as well as
trying out new ones. My son is playing games and then loosing all the
game information once the GBA is switched off. Some games seem to have
a .sav file in the directory on the PC and some don't. My question is
can I create them where they don't exist and then use them OR do they
have to exist in the first place. Secondly, if one does exist how do I
use the EZF flash cart to save game info to it.

any info will help, cheers, Mark.

Mark,

My ezflash card has a battery in it for holding the save game files, yours
may need replacing, it's similar to a watch battery.

In ezclient (I assume your using this to transfer files to the cart) you
simply click on "write sav"

Cheers
Dom.
