September 14th in Japan and U.S.
September 15th in U.K.~ Europe

Nintendo will be having special Wii event

release date, price, known games, new games will have the curtain
lifted.

I'm guessing a late October or very early November release for Japan
and the U.S.

and a late November release for the U.K. and Europe.

expecting a few surprise game announcements.

most importantly, the Wii release date will tell us when Zelda is
coming out for Gamecube also since both versions launch on the same
day.

it's just before 7:00 am Tuesday morning here. 18-24 hours before the
news hits
(first of the events should be in Japan)

the wait for concrete details is very very close to being over.

I'm more excited about Gamecube Zelda than anything for Wii at this
point. been waiting since May 2004 for this one, ever since the
shock-surprise trailer at E3 2004.  oh God that seemed like awhile ago
didn't it ?

please let Zelda Twilight Princess be EPIC.  I don't care if the
graphics are last-gen, the game world and overall experience should be
a big leap from Ocarina of Time, the last Zelda game that I really
enjoyed. THAT was a long time ago.  Gamecube is alot more capable than
Nintendo 64 was by far.

the Zelda after Twilight Princess promises to be a completely different
experience

OoT, MM, WW, TP all share the same basic control/gameplay methods.

the Zelda after Twilight Princess promises to be a completely different
& new experience. Zelda TP is said to be the last Zelda of it's kind.
but I don't expect a proper Zelda Wii for 3 years.

anyway, back to the present, I'm expecting Wii launch 1-2 weeks or so
before PS3 launch.

BRING ON THE REVOLUTION ;)
