Is the GBA movie player sold in stores in the US? And what are the
other hardware alternatives for enabling a GBA SP to play MP3s - that
is, if there are any.

I wonder with the cost of a GBA + the movie player + a CF or SD card if
it might not be better to just get a cheap palm pilot or pocket pc for
portable gaming.

Thanks.

None of those are sold in stores. Only online.

Get the Supercard.  It does what the movie player does AND plays GBA, NES,
SMS and Turbogfx16 games.

I've seen 1 gig CF cards for $40 (Supercard is $35)

Thanks Rob. Anyone else like the Supercard? And is converting video for
the GBA a pain? Any software that will batch convert?
