I just wanted to say don't get it. It sucks. The gameplay is quite good, in
my opinion, and I finally got a copy that actually does hold stats, but the
actual handling of statistics is absolutely atrocious. Today I went for
around 200 yards on the ground with Michael Vick. Of course it didn't record
that. I return a punt for 80 yards by someone not designated as a punt
returner (one of my up men) and it didn't record that. I finally broke a
running play for like 60 yards with my running back and for some reason it
didn't record that. In short, if you care at all about statistics when you
play a sports game, stay away from Madden 2004. It bites hard.

What's that supposed to mean? I'm just warning people that the one
possibly decent option for a sports game on the GBA has major problems.
Nothing more.
