change language

I have just bought å gameboy advance but want to change language into
norwegian so my kids can understand the games.
What kind of software do I need?

The GBA doen't determine the language, the game does. There are a few games
that are made in several languages, you just select the one you want at the
start. But I have never heard of a program that allows you to translate to
one that is not already there.

Some games' in game dialogue is chosen based on the system setting. I'm
not sure the extent Euro games have Norwegian in them, tho.
