or.... if you have a TV-out on your PC video card, you could link it up
to a VCR or some video capture device and record the videos while
playing the roms on an emulator?

this is assuming he has a Gamecube of course ;)
The title of his post was about a rom, so I therefore assumed he was
going to try to capture the video through an emulator

There is no problem with telling him all the possible ways that anyone
can think of. Both emulator and GameBoy Player are good suggestions...
