Red nintendo DS with mario kart - Available for how long

During the christmas month I wanted to pick up the DS mario Kart bundle. It
was always sold out. Now after christmas I spent a little bit to much money
on presents. I was wondering if anybody knew how long this bundle will be
available. I don't know how long nintendo usually makes these limited
edition systems for. I do know the nintendo dogs bundle is already gone. I
was hoping to wait a month to see if the mario kart would be available.
I couldn't find a place online that said how long they would be around.
Alot of online retailers still had it in stock which i'm assuming is where
i'm going to have to buy it from. Anyway i hope this message made sense
because i've had alot of rum laced eggnog & it's time to go sleepy now.

Only Nintendo knows for sure, but I wouldn't take a chance on waiting if I
were you. Unless Nintendo puts more units into production, once they sell
out that's probably going to be it.

Sadly we didn't even get it in Europe. Our Mario Kart bundle is with a
normal silver DS, so I had to buy that one. I would have loved to have
the red one, since my two sons have a silver and a blue. But we can be
certain, that there will be other colors in the future. Look at
lik-sang.com. They sell a lot of different colors.

Yeah, they already have a bunch of colors in Japan. Nintendo really needs
to get those pink DS bundles back to the US, they sold out almost
immediately and were going for ridiculous prices on auction sites before
Christmas.
