Are we likely to get a machine in the UK? London Trocadero perhaps?
Looks nice :) But where would one look to buy a triforce board with
mariokart? I guess they would be f**king expensive anyway even if you would
find a reseller.

a Gamecube version has *not* been announced, but it would be easy to

Good point. Surely Nintendo must have taken this into consideration? I know
Mario Kart doesn't, as a rule, get a sequel, but this would be a port-over
job and cost less production time than a new engine (though if Double Dash
got a sequel, it would use the same engine... I guess). It would also be a
good way to keep up Gamecube and Nintendo consumer interest - especially if
they could knock it out before Zelda. In fact, this would have been a great
surprise launch announcement after the awful news that ZTP won't be around
until at least next April.

That would be sweet. I can never get enough of the MK games.
Especially SNES, Double Dash, and DS versions.

Funny that, I preferred the N64 version the most...and it's one you failed
to mention. Horses for courses, as they say. :)

Same here. I was very impressed with MK:DD, especially after the N64 MK
that came out.
Cheers,
Rob
