In the mean time you can always play Tactics Ogre. I think FF Tatics is a
very eagerly awaited game and will definitely be worth playing. I would only
advise against getting FF Tactics if you don't like that genre. If you don't
like Tactics Ogre then you will probably not like this either.

But if I love Tactics Ogre, will I like FF: Tactics?
One of the thing TO:KoL had going for it, above and beyond the great
tactical game and character building, was the adult level of the plot
and most of the dialogue. Since you play a kid in FF:T, I've heard
that the plot is pretty "kiddy".
It also looks like there are rules to battles in FF:T, enforced by
judges and a "jail" system. I'm interested in hearing how this works,
right now it sounds like a contrived way to add more variety to the
gameplay. In TO:KOL, the only battlefield "rule" was "win".
I'd like to know if anyone can comment on these two concerns...

The game should be out in a few weeks finally. Though I haven't played it,
I gather the gameplay would be somewhat similar to TO.
TO did have a nice plot, shame I lost the save file for it(In no mood to
restart again). If you really want to know more about the game, read
reviews on the PS1 version, since the GBA one is like an update of that.
