Just got a dark blue....

Tried... :)

And failed :( lol...
However, I just got past 6000 yards for the first time! (Got to 6300ish) I
find during the marathon mode, if it gets real hectic on screen, draw three
or four vertical lines of cloud in front of yoshi to stall him, then you can
take care of "most" of the baddies.
Man, this game is causing me serious issues, its 1:20am here in the UK, I
cant put the damn thing down! I really want to be in the office before 7
tomorrow...wishful thinking! :) :) :) Man its just too addictive.

I started playing after posting my previous message. I realized you
shouldn't fire the eggs as quickly as possible because it seemed like if
you hit one of the enemies carrying Luigi they'd be invincible for a
short time after that. You have to get a rhythm going when throwing the
eggs. That way you won't be have to reload as often. After a while I was
able to beat my high score (2:42). I got pretty lucky and was able to
hit the enemies pretty consistently. God knows if I'll ever be able to do
that again! :)

Doh!

That's a good idea. I get frustrated by Marathon Mode because when I lose
I hate going back even to the beginning of the Yoshi stage. I like the Mode
a lot, though.

Ha! I know what you mean. I find it very addictive, too.

I forgot to mention my high score on the balloon popping game you get to
from the opening screen is 102. :)

Ahh, I didn't realize that. I thought it was open all the time. I just found it the other day.
