Holy crap!
Since yesterday evening, every time I start rFactor I get a stupid window
telling me that I have no internet connection (I do) or that there's a problem
with the website (probably) or that the address contains a typo (at least I didn't
enter ANY address).
Anybody else with this problem?
Of course, no word from Trymedia support after 20 hours.
Screw that... Trymedia in, sale lost!
Adding another one to the list: StarForce, Steam, Trymedia, tbc.

FWIW I have reinstalled rFactor a number of times and never had an issue
with reactivation. Trymedia were always very quick to increase available
activations having gone over the limit so maybe you are an exception -
or I am.

More than likely you have a problem, one is the protection like some
firewall app is blocking the connection, second, you have some spyware that
is rerouting HTTP://~:80 to somewhere else.

Any updates to your system?
Antivirus or firewall blocking?
Racesimcentral has a lot of information in the rFactor section
