Not sure, you you could try to map one of the MP chat keys to

"/vote yes"

and another one to

"/vote no"

No idea if this would work, though. Otherwise, you can always type the
vote command into your regular chat box or maybe map a wheel button to
emit that key sequence if you wheel provides such a feature.
