Has anyone tried to install the English GTR and use the German CD for
running the game? Does it work?

The reason I ask is because I have the German Version and ordered the
English version for a friend. I was thinking I could uninstall my
version, install the English version using my friend's CDs and then
run the game with my German CD in the drive.

This will save me the hassle of future upgrades vs. language packs
(the King of Ovals expansion pack is due soon...).
